1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the JS Services website, including the Pricing page and the Request a Quote form. By using the site, you agree to them. They do not cover the work itself; any service is governed by the arrangements you agree with JS Services directly.
2. Our services
JS Services offers residential soft washing and exterior and outdoor lighting, including permanent and seasonal lighting packages.
3. Pricing page estimates
Prices on the Pricing page are estimated ranges for the footage listed in each package. They are not offers or final prices. Your actual price depends on measuring your home, its layout and the work needed, and JS Services confirms it with you directly. Soft washing is quoted individually.
Product features and warranties belong to their manufacturers. The 3-season warranty listed for the Seasonal Standard package is the manufacturer's warranty on the supplied lights.
4. Quote requests
Requesting a quote is free and does not obligate you to anything. Submitting the form does not create a contract or reserve a date. Scope, price, scheduling, payment and any other terms are confirmed directly with JS Services before work begins.
Please give accurate information so we can respond properly. We may decline or ignore requests that are incomplete, abusive or automated.
5. Using the website
Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with it, overload it, get into areas you are not authorized to use, or submit spam or false requests.
6. Website content
We try to keep this website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date. Information here is general, and the details of your project are confirmed directly with you. The JS Services name, logo and site content may not be reused without permission.
