1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you submit the Request a Quote form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number and project location, if you choose to provide them
• The services you select and your answers to the questions for each service, including any written project details
• Your consent to be contacted about your request
• The date and time of your request and the reference number we create for it

You can browse the rest of the site without giving us any personal information.

3. Technical information used to prevent abuse

To limit spam and repeated submissions, our server uses the network address of the device sending a quote request to create a scrambled identifier. This identifier is used only to count recent submissions. We do not store your raw network address with your request.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. The private owner sign-in area stores a login session in the browser of the person signing in. Visitors who only browse or request a quote do not need to sign in.

5. How we use information

We use the information you submit to review your request, contact you about it, prepare a quote and keep internal records of requests and their progress. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

We do not send automated emails to customers. After you submit a request, you see a reference number on screen, and someone from JS Services contacts you directly.

We may send an internal alert to authorized JS Services personnel through an email service provider when a new request arrives. These alerts contain only the request reference number, the services selected and the time submitted. They do not include your name, contact details, location or project answers; staff must sign in to view those.

6. Storage, access and security

Quote requests are stored in our hosted database. Access is restricted to approved JS Services owner accounts, and the database blocks public reading of submitted requests. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Sharing

Our website, database and sign-in system run on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers, which process data on our behalf to operate the site. Internal new-request alerts are sent through an email service provider and contain no customer contact details. Otherwise, we share personal information only when needed to respond to your request, when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

8. Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as reasonably needed to respond to them, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your request at any time, as described below.

9. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting Joey at joey@ascendingmarketing.com or Shane at shane@ascendingmarketing.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to confirm your identity first.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults arranging services for a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
